However, Extra Strong is proven to keep out food debris.ApplicationClean and dry your denture.Apply a small amount of Extra Strong denture fixative in short strips (see diagrams), not too close to the edges of the denture.Rinse your mouth before inserting the denture.Place the denture into place using light pressure, hold firmly and bite down for a few seconds to set.Do not apply more than once a day.RemovalRinse your mouth with water.Slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion.Remove any fixative residue from the denture with warm water and a soft brush.Use Denture Cleaner for a thorough clean of your denture.
