Directions for use: Every day, place one cleaning tablet in a glass of warm water (40°C) and immerse your braces after brushing and rinsing. Leave on for 15 minutes. For a more thorough cleaning, leave the braces on overnight. Rinse your braces well with plenty of running water before fitting.
