Dosage

Roman chamomile hydrolate is recommended to be applied twice a day, in the morning and/or at night, for the care of the face, body, and hair.

On the eyelids: spray onto a cotton ball and place on closed eyelids for 15 minutes.

Apply with a cotton ball or by spraying: moisten a cotton ball or spray at a distance of 20 cm directly onto the face, scalp, or any other area of the body.

Let it dry naturally if possible.
