Dosage

Room spray. - In the air: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray the entire room for 4 seconds.

On bedding: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds, 20 cm from the pillowcase, the collar of your pajamas, and/or on a handkerchief near the pillow. Both modes can be combined or alternated.
