Couscous made with precooked whole wheat semolina of superior quality. It can be taken either cold in salads such as tabouleh or hot with vegetables, chickpeas.

Instructions for use:

- Put approximately 60 grams of couscous per serving in a container.

- Add an equal volume of hot water, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

- Shell the couscous with the help of a fork.

- If you prefer, you can lightly toast the couscous first.
