Equisetaceae Part used: Sterile stems and their branches.

To work conditions:

* Diuretic (mineral salts and flavonoids).

* Remineralizing (silicic salts).

Indications: liquid retention; fracture consolidation and bone remineralization. External use: dermal wounds and ulcerations.

Contraindications: Pregnancy, lactation, gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer.

Posology:

-Internal use (cooking): 6 g per cup, Boil 2 minutes, Take 2/3 cups a day.
