Capsules contain coating (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose) and gelling agent (gellan gum). High content of iron, magnesium, selenium, iodine, zinc and vitamins C and B complex: Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to the normal formation of blood cells. Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and B2 to the maintenance of red blood cells under normal conditions. Iron, magnesium, zinc, folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the process of cell division. In zinc it contributes to the normal synthesis of DNA and proteins.
Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and, together with selenium, to normal thyroid function. Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormonal activity. Iron, magnesium, iodine and vitamins C and B complex contribute to normal energy metabolism. Iron, selenium, zinc, folic acid and vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. iron, magnesium, vitamin C and almost all of the B-complex help reduce fatigue and tiredness. Selenium, zinc and vitamins C and B2 contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative damage. Magnesium, iodine and vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles.
Instructions for use:
-Take 1 capsule twice a day, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or as directed by a specialist.
Recommended daily amount: 2 capsules per day.
