Oligomeric proanthocyanidins, also known as oligomeric procyanidins and abbreviated as OPC, are natural substances in plants that belong to the group of flavonoids and are assigned to higher polyphenols. OPCs are mainly found in grape seeds, the skin and leaves of red grapes, the red skin of peanuts, coconuts, apples and the bark of maritime pine.
