KernBiotic® offers a very complete formula with fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and 4 strains of lyophilized microorganisms, including some strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria present naturally in the body. This is the case of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, a strain widely recommended by the guides of the Spanish Society of Probiotics and Prebiotics (SEPyP) and the International Scientific Association for Prebiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP). The other three strains are Lactobacillus reuteri LR02, Lactobacillus plantarum LP09 and Bifidobacterium breve BR03.
