Each of our tablets contains 100 mg of milk thistle extract, using 3 full grams of mature seeds, with a guaranteed level of 80 mg of silymarin per tablet. Silymarin is the active ingredient in the fruit of milk thistle (Silybum marianum). This new presentation of one tablet a day is very practical, economical and offers a different concentration that allows a greater range of choice. One container lasts two months.
