Our advice: Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Supplement with probiotics and prebiotics to restore intestinal flora and strengthen the immune system to prevent future diarrheal processes. Adults should drink water, fruit juices, caffeine-free soft drinks, and salty broths. As symptoms improve, soft, bland foods can be eaten. Children with diarrhea should receive an oral rehydration solution to replace lost fluids and electrolytes. How and when to take it? Take 3 sticks a day, for 3 days. Dissolve the contents of the stick in half a glass of water (200 ml) and shake it until completely dissolved. Take it preferably between half an hour and an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
