Love this product but it's difficult if not impossible to buy in the UK. I have a problem with constipation which is worse when I'm on holiday, I bought this product in Tenerife. It works very well without any nasty side effects, which is what I'm currently suffering with on the powders that I use here in the UK.

Para ir al baño yo que tengo problemillas va muy bien, eso sí, en lugar de 2 como pone en las instrucciones, solo 1 o no salgo del baño
