Make an order

How can I look for products in Carethy?

You can find products using three alternative methods:

- On the top menu bar. You can navigate between the different categories and products.

- On the top and center of the webpage, you can use the searcher typing the product that you want to see.

- You can search products using the brand list. On homepage footer, you can see the brand list.

How to add products to my shopping cart

In the product sheet you will see tables that specify the different sizes available. You just have to choose the one you need and click in the green button "Add to shopping cart". Automatically your product will be in your shopping cart.

How can I start to process my Order?

Once you arrive at your shopping basket, first of all you have to check that the products you have in there are the products you want to buy. After that, you can click at "End Order" button and follow the shopping steps.

Why should I log in?

In order to process the order and for the purchase to connect with your data, you must login.

As a new customer you can register with your email address and then follow the steps.

If you are already a customer of Carethy, then you can login with your email address and your password.

If you've forgotten your password, just click "forgot password" and we will help you from there.

What payment methods are available?

In Carethy.uk there are three different payment options: - Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express through our secure payment platform that we have in co-operation with the bank Caixa Catalunya. - Paypal: You can pay with your Paypal account- Bank Transfer: We provide a bank account where you can pay the money for your order.

How can I finish my order?

Once we have all necessary data to send the Order Confirmation and once we confirm the payment, the Order will be finished and we will proceed to prepare and send the packets.

You will receive and email with the Order Confirmation.

How can I modify my Order?

If you need to change something about your Order, you have till 16h (GMT+1) in the same day of the Order Confirmation to modify your data, either about invoice data or about your shopping basket.

In that case, you have to contact us at Customer Loyalty Team.

If you want to modify after 16h of the same day, we will check if the order is already sent or not.

I forgot my password Carethy.uk. What do I do?

When you log into your account, or when you get access to any place where you have a form with fields such as e-mail and password to identify yourself, you will find a link which allows you to recover your password.

Once you click that link, you will start a process to reset your password in which we will send you an e-mail with the instructions to follow.

Carethy accepts the following credit cards:

How can I make a payment with a discount code or gift certificate?

When you confirm your order in your shopping cart, you will see a field where you can enter the discount code.

Enter the code and press "use coupon". You will see that the code is automatically implemented in your order.

You can only use one code per order.

What are the available shipping options and rates at Carethy.uk?

We offer a flat rate of € 6.95 per shipment. This amount will be charged to your order when your order value is less than € 50. If the price of the order is over € 99, we will send it for free to your home.

When I will receive the order?

In your Order Confirmation you will receive an estimate date for the deliver, depending on the availability of the products.

Usually we do the deliver between 24 hours and 96 hours, if we have stock at the warehouse at the moment of the order. If we can't achieve that periods, we will advice you.
